#1  Professional medical advice has been sought to make our haven safe

Treasury on Collins has always rated very highly for cleanliness, 5/5 actually, but under the current conditions, we needed professional advice as to how we could specifically respond to Covid-19. We received specific detail on how the Corona-virus survives and spreads. Based on this advice, our amazing housekeeping team now use extra sanitising chemicals, perform additional duties, wear gloves and are ready to wear masks on faces when appropriate.

#2 Rooms are only made available 48 hours after the previous guests has vacated

For peace of mind, every room will only be made available 48 hours after the last guest checked out. Our rooms go through a sanitising clean, then will be vacant for 48 hours until your arrival. No one is permitted to enter the room without prior consent.

#3 Every room has gone through a deep clean

We have taken a very clinical approach to cleaning our rooms and public areas. Hospital grade cleaning with hospital grade products. Our linen is treated both thermally and chemically as per Australian standards 4146. Most importantly, our housekeeping staff are directly employed by the hotel and not through transient contracts. Like all staff at the hotel, they also care for your well being.

#4 Hotel access is restricted, and staff execute stringent entry requirements

We now have full restrictions in place on who may enter the Hotel. Our glass doors will be closed and upon your arrival, one of our staff members will greet you. We will ask some crucial screening questions, require a signed declaration that you have no flu symptoms, have not been overseas in the last 14 days or were in contact with anyone who has been overseas in the last 14 days. As a further precautionary step, all guests will have their temperature measured prior to entry and all staff have their temperatures checked daily. We believe these stringent measures will provide guests with peace of mind and security.

#5 Our self-contained apartments allow guests to wine and dine indoors, be self-sufficient and sanitary within our spacious apartments 

Your haven awaits you. Our uber spacious self contained apartments offer all the essentials you will need for a safe and comfortable stay. Each suite and apartment includes a kitchenette, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine with a free sleeve of pods, large TV with free Netflix, unlimited business grade wifi, majority with windows that can open and some with balconies. Included in each apartment is a pump bottle of hand sanitiser and masks are free of charge. It’s the ideal choice for couples who want to celebrate a special occasion, business travellers who need to be within proximity to work and those who need to re-locate for a short period of time.
