Only a limited number of Heritage rooms offer views, to guarantee a view looking over Queen or Collins Street we recommend you reserve a Heritage Balcony Suite. What is the extra person charge?

Most of rates are based on 2 people sharing a room, except for the 1 Bedroom which are based on 3 people and the 2 bedroom apartment which is based on 4 people. All apartments have a sofa/bed in the living room and an extra person charge of $45 per night applies to use the sofa/bed or a roll-away bed. Please specify at the time of booking if you have preference for a roll-away bed.  The maximum number of guests allowed for each room type differs for each apartment and is specified within the description for each room type.  Cots are complimentary and need to be requested prior to arrival.

We select the most typical of each room type for photography and floor plans however they are representative of the majority of rooms in each category.   The size, layout and outlook may differ because our rooms are not completely standardised due to heritage nature of the building.  There are some suites and apartments with stairs or a cook-top but they are not standard.  We recommend contacting us directly if you have any special preference.
