It’s time to get out the frocks and fascinators ladies; the Melbourne Cup Carvival and Spring Racing season is due to start up again soon!

The Melbourne Cup Carnival launches in September and features six feature race-days to create a world class event that boasts the best racing, entertainment, food, wine, fashion and culture.

The six main events are all held at Flemington Raceway and include:

Yellow glen Turnbull Stakes Day – Sunday October 2nd 2016
AAMI Victoria Derby Day – Saturday October 29th 2016
Emirates Melbourne Cup Day – Tuesday November 1st 2016
Crown Oaks Day – Thursday November 3rd 2016
Emirates Stakes Day – Saturday November 5th 2016
